As a realtor, I have used several home inspectors' services throughout SoCal. Steven at Paradigm Inspection Group is absolutely the best. The roof was quite steep, but he was willing to go onto the roof while most other inspectors I spoke to refused to do. He found crucial issues in the roof. I had some questions and so I called him up. He explained the images on the report so patiently until all my questions were addressed fully. I am so happy that I found Steven.
